Our priority is the health and safety of our clients and team. GL Residential (Seaview) Ltd would like to offer reassurance and provide details of our COVID-19 policy during this uncertain time. As the spread of Covid-19 continues, we want you to know that the health and welfare of our clients and employees will be at the forefront of everything we do.
We are currently taking every precaution necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients whilst continuing to operate. Our technology allows us to operate in isolated conditions.
During this time we are encouraging all staff members not to take unnecessary risks and therefore we are advising viewing staff to refrain from hand shaking and ask them to make minimal contact with surfaces when visiting properties. We would like to assure you that all members of staff are currently well and are being encouraged to adhere to the latest Government advice. We strongly encourage customers and clients to use alternative forms of communication rather than visiting our office.
If you, or anyone you have been in contact with, becomes unwell ahead of our visit, we respectfully ask you to let us know.

A Great History
Seaview House was the home of the Low family who were mainly responsible for the industrialisation of the Burgh. The Monifieth Foundry of James F Low being recognised world wide.
Prior to 1856 it also `housed` the engineering apprentices sent by mill owners to Monifieth to obtain the best training prior to becoming the managers of their own businesses.
